1、Purpose
　(1) At the same time, raise ability of elementary school children, junior high School students, and high school students affiliated with the Okinawa Karate-Do association, plan expansion of the base and contribute to development of the Okinawa Karate-Do association.
　(2) Plan upbringing of judges and the reinforcement of the judge's technology.
２、When: Sunday, August 21, 2011 Opening ceremony: 9:00am (Assemble at 8:30am)

４、Participation qualification: Member of OKIKUKAI or one of the following; member of club, member of amateur karate club, high school karate club member.
５、Rule : Follow the tournament regulations of the OKIKUKAI.

　(1) Elementary school children
　　　 Personal kata tournament (Mixed of boys and girls of each grade)
　　　 Group kata tournament (Each team with 3 people, teams combined of boys and girls are possible)
　　　　(a) Lower grades (First grade through third grade)
　　　　(b) Upper grades (Fourth grade through 6th grade)
　　　 Personal kumite tournament(3rd grade through 6th grade)
　(2)Junior high school boys
　　　 Personal kata tournament
　　　 Personal kumite tournament (As a general rule, grades are different)
　　　 Group kata tournament (Teams combined of boys and girls are possible)
　(3)Junior high school girls
　　　 Personal kata tournament
　　　 Personal kumite tournament (As a general rule, grades are different)
　(4)High school boys
　　　 Personal kata tournament
　　　 Personal kumite tournament (As a general rule, grades are different)
　　　 Group kata tournament (Teams combined boys and girls are possible)
　(5)High school girls
　　　 Personal kata tournament

９、Agreement matters
Note 1
Replacement of a player and addition after the application is not not accepted.
Cases due to illness accept replacement for a vacancy.
(If you replace a player without permission, He/She will be eliminated)
Note 2
Kata for elementary schoolchildren must be Kanshiwa, Kanshu, Seichin, or Seisan.
But, the lower grade is possible to choose Hukyukata I・II for both personal and group.
Note 3
Kata for junior high school students must be Kanshiwa, Kanshu, Seichin, or Seisan
Note 4
Kata for high school students must be without Seisan and Sanseiryu.
Note 5
Kumite tournament follows the regulation for the Junior kumite tournament.
Note 6
Group kata must be female or combined team of males and females.
Note 7
The first place, second place, and third place is elected at each level.
Note 8
The tournament shall be established when there are more than two individual participants and two teams at the time of an application; however, commendation is only awarded to one participant.
Note 9
Due to tournament management, group kumite is not held.
